These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any related subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).   • You must be at least 16 years old to access or use the Site.
  • Purchases should only be made by individuals who are 18 years old or older, or by minors (16+) with the express permission of the bill payer.

By using the Site, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements above and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

  • You must register an account with a valid email address and username.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 One IP Address Restriction

  • Your account is intended for your personal use only.
  • You may only log in to your account from one IP address at a time.
  • If a new login from a different IP address is detected, you will automatically be logged out of your existing session.
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited, and any evidence of sharing may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account. No refunds will be issued.

  • All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • We do not store your credit card or billing details on our servers.

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees for PPV events or other paid services offered on the Site.
  • All charges are in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

  • Our streams may include an embedded chat box. You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable under UK law.
  • We reserve the right to moderate or remove any user-generated content at our discretion.

5.2 Capturing & Recording

  • The use of capturing devices, screen recording, or any method of reproducing the streamed content is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharing or redistributing our content in any form without prior written consent is a violation of UK copyright law and may result in legal action.

5.3 Other Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Breach or attempt to breach the security measures of our Site.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

  • The fight card and schedule are determined by the event promoter. Bad to the Bone does not control or guarantee the lineup, timing, or any changes to the event.
  • All content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

  • Bad to the Bone (and FightTicket Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination of Service

8.1 Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect a breach of these Terms, including (but not limited to) account sharing, unauthorized capturing of content, or offensive behavior in the chat.

8.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Site and any purchased content immediately ceases. We are under no obligation to provide a refund.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
