General Policy

  1. No Post-Event Refunds
    Refund requests made after the event has concluded will generally not be accepted unless you can provide clear evidence that the event was not viewable (i.e., there was a verifiable technical issue on our side).
  2. Fighter Withdrawal
    PPV Purchases are for the entire event, not for a specific fight. If a fighter withdraws from the card, refunds will not be issued on this basis.
  3. Accidental Orders
    If you mistakenly purchase the PPV whilst searching for tickets, you must request a refund No Later Than 7 Days Before the Event Begins
  4. Refunds After Event Starts
    Once the event has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are typically not upheld unless you can present clear evidence that the event was completely unviewable.
  5. Connectivty and Device Issues
    Broadband Speed: It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate internet bandwidth to stream the PPV. We are not responsible for buffering or connectivity issues caused by insufficient broadband speeds.
    Device Compatability: Our streams have been tested across a variety of devices. We are not responsible for any incompatibility with specific Smart TVs, set-top boxes, or other devices. It is your responsibility to confirm device compatibility before purchasing.

Refund Procedure

    To be eligable for a refund you must contact our support team at support@fightticket.co.uk before taking any futher action. This step allows us to troubleshoot and verify any issues in real-time.
  2. Evidence Submission
    Where applicable (e.g., event unviewable), please be prepared to provide documentation such as screenshots, error messages, or other proof to support your refund request.
  3. Timeline & Processing
    If approved, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed and appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks

  1. Contact Us Before Filing a Chargeback
    If you are considering a chargeback, you must contact support@fightticket.co.uk to address the issue firtst.
  2. Defense of Chargebacks
    We will vigorously defend against any chargebacks. We maintain server logs and order data as evidence of successful streaming and user access.
  3. Billing Descriptor
    Your credit card statement may displays charges as “FightTicket Ltd”, our parent company and official payment processor.
